The Nazis had looted it! It was discovered in Argentina

Argentine authorities announced that they have seized a painting stolen by the Nazis years ago in the city of Mar Del Plata after its trace was discovered in a photo in a real estate ad.
The painting was reportedly taken to the federal prosecutor's office.
A judicial official in Mar del Plata said Patricia Kadgien, the daughter of a former Nazi official, and her husband had handed over the painting to the prosecutor's office through their lawyer and said the work would be properly protected by art experts.
The portrait of Contessa Colleoni, known as "Portrait of a Woman" by Italian artist Giuseppe Ghislandi (1655-1743), was reportedly looted from its owners in Amsterdam by the Nazis during World War II.
