Decision to block pensions

The decision of the Grand General Assembly of the Supreme Court of Appeals to Unify Jurisprudence was published in the Official Gazette.

According to the decision, the Supreme Court ruled by majority vote that it is possible for the bank to directly block the pension due to the detention, exchange, offset and similar approval and consent instructions given due to consumer loans.
