He was murdered by his wife's twin brother who left the house

The incident took place yesterday around 8:00 PM in the İnönü neighborhood. Allegedly, Sevgi Çakır had an argument with her husband, Ejder Çakır, and left the house to go to her twin brother's house. In the evening, Çakır called her father-in-law, Bahattin S. (62), and said he was coming to his shop to talk to his wife, hoping to bring her back home. As she entered the street where the shop was located, Çakır was shot by her husband's twin brother, Suat S., with a gun. Çakır was hit in the chest and left arm and was seriously injured. Following the incident, another brother of Suat S., his brother-in-law, got into Çakır's car and took him to the hospital emergency room. Despite all medical interventions, Ejder Çakır, who was being treated, could not be saved and died.
'HE WAS TREATING MY SISTER BADLY'
Following the incident, police launched an investigation. The attacker, who fled, was taken into custody by teams from the Şişli Public Security Bureau. In his statement, Suat S. reportedly said, "He was treating my sister badly. He was constantly drinking alcohol." Ejder Çakır, who died while Suat S., who reportedly had 25 criminal records, was being processed at the police station. It was learned that he had a son, aged 6, 10, and 11. Police have launched an investigation into the incident.
Armed Attack Caught on Camera
As Ejder Çakır entered the street where his wife was, his brother-in-law, Suat S., ran up to the car. Suat S. pulled out a gun, shot Ejder Çakır repeatedly, and fled. The moment was recorded by a business security camera.
They were arrested
Suat S. and his father, Bahattin S., who shot and killed Ejder Çakır, were referred to the courthouse after processing at the police station. The court arrested Suat S. and his father, Bahattin S., on charges of "premeditated murder" and sent them to prison.
