According to CNBC, Global Citizen Solutions has announced the 10 countries with the highest quality of life for retirees. The 2025 Global Retirement Report ranked the top countries by evaluating 44 passive income and retirement visa programs. The report evaluated countries using a 100-point system out of 20 criteria under six headings: procedures, citizenship and mobility, economy, tax optimization, quality of life, and security and integration.
