The incredible European theme park better than Disneyland and way cheaper

Prices are cheaper at Efteling
Ticket prices for Efteling vary depending on the date of your visit, ranging from £33 to £46.
In comparison, Disneyland Paris charges £106.72 for an undated 1-day/1-park ticket, while the cheapest dated ticket starts at £116, according to the official website at the time of writing.

It’s a truly magical escape without the hefty price tag or overwhelming crowds. Located in Kaatsheuvel, Efteling is the largest theme park in the Netherlands and one of the oldest in the world.
Inspired by ancient legends, mythology, fables, folklore, and fairy tales, the park blends rich storytelling with beautifully themed lands and thrilling attractions. With eight roller coasters and experiences for all ages, Efteling captivates families, thrill-seekers, and dreamers alike.
How it all started
When the park first opened in May 1952, it was conceived as a fairy-tale forest, a charming collection of 10 classic stories brought to life through intricate illustrations, clever mechanics, evocative lighting, and enchanting music.
This unique blend of storytelling and immersive experience set Efteling apart from traditional theme parks. Since its early days, Efteling has evolved into a sprawling wonderland, adding thrilling roller coasters like the Python and family-friendly rides such as the Piraña River Rapids.
Despite these modern additions, the park has retained its original fairy-tale charm thanks to its carefully designed sections and thoughtful layout.

From the CARO show, a 70-minute spectacle of acrobatics, music, and dazzling costumes to the Aquanura water show which is one of Europe’s largest, the theme park offers a variety of shows to choose from.
Another show is the Raveleijn, a thrilling live-action show where five riders are trained to protect the magical city of Raveleijn from the evil Count Olaf and his five-headed Draconicon. The show combines storytelling, stunts, and special effects.
Visitors can also interact with characters like Ardoe, the Magic Jester from Symbolica, and Princess Pardijn, inspired by ancient European myths and fairy tales.
