Chutnik, Twardoch, Żulczyk - a collection of short stories inspired by the album by Dawid Podsiadło and Kaśka Sochacka

There are still two concerts left before the Zorza Festival concludes, in Gdańsk and Katowice. However, Dawid Podsiadło has ensured that the event reaches far beyond its musical context. To this end, he launched the "Stany Skupienia" platform, which aims to engage fans and create a space for artistic experimentation. To complement the project, a collection of short stories has been created, based on songs Podsiadło and Kaśka Sochacka recorded for the album "tylko haj." The authors of the stories include Szczepan Twardoch and Jakub Żulczyk.
Each of the stories included in the collection "tylko high." is an independent story, written in a different tone and convention.
"From the tender and moving, through the intriguing, to the heartbreaking. This isn't a simple literary addition to the album—these are new, original worlds born from musical inspiration and unfolding its emotions in a completely different way," we read in a press release.
The publication includes works written by: Sylwia Chutnik, Natalia Fiedorczuk, Wojtek Friedmann, Katarzyna Kubicka, Jul Łyskawa, Edward Pasewicz, Szczepan Twardoch and Jakub Żulczyk.
Artistic project States of FocusSo far, under the banner of the States of Focus, audiences have been able to see, among other things, a film interpretation of Kortez's album "Bumerang," directed by Daniel Jaroszek. The project also included specially prepared installations and large-scale works of visual art.
Fans could also take part in one-day choirs formed in the festival cities, where participants, together with Paulina Przybysz, performed iconic songs by the band Bajm in new arrangements.
Now , for the first time, States of Focus is reaching for literature, creating a collection of short stories, thus developing the idea of the festival as a meeting place for various fields of art and new forms of expression.
