Adidas refreshes Olympic sneakers. Global launch begins!

Following last year's debut of the ultra-limited Adizero Adios Pro Evo 1, Adidas and Pharrell Williams are teaming up again. The duo returns with a refreshed version of the 2024 "hot" sneaker.
Following the success of their joint debut on the Olympic stage, Pharrell Williams and adidas Running are teaming up again. This time, the duo is opting for a more accessible model, presenting two colorways of the Adizero Evo SL running shoe, just in time for summer 2025.

The Adizero debuted in 2005 as a response to the needs of professional athletes. The goal was simple: create the lightest possible shoe. Early models, such as the Adizero Adios , quickly gained recognition in the world of track and field. In 2011, Patrick Makau broke the marathon world record wearing the Adizero—and that was just the beginning. The Adizero series became synonymous with breaking records. The model further gained popularity when Pharrell Williams appeared in his own edition in 2024.
The return of the Pharrell x adidas duo – a continuation of the creative collaborationThis isn't Pharrell's first collaboration with adidas – the previous one culminated in the premiere of the ultra-limited Adizero Adios Pro Evo 1 during the Paris Olympics . The "Earth" colorway, designed by Williams, cost $500 and was released in a limited edition of 80 pairs.
The new Adidas Adizero Evo SL – style and technology in a lightweight formThe new edition of the Evo SL is a nod to those seeking a compromise between running shoes and style. Inspired by the previous Pro Evo 1 model, the design utilizes many of its technological features. Inside, you'll find Lightstrike Pro foam , a favorite among runners, and on the outside, a Continental rubber outsole guarantees grip even on wet asphalt.
The Pro Evo 1's younger, more minimalist sibling will be available in two colorways . One is based on white ( Footwear White) , the other on deep black ( Core Black ). Both versions feature distinctive, intersecting stripes in brown, blue, and green – a nod to the original "Earth" look .
Sales begin on August 1, 2025. Should you rush to purchase? Pharrell Williams' collections are selling like hot cakes.
