Forecaster Shuvalov predicted the first frosts in Moscow on November 13.

The forecaster noted that the abnormally warm weather in the capital region will last until Monday, November 10, after which temperatures will begin to drop.

This coming Monday, November 10, temperatures will begin to gradually drop, and the abnormal warmth that Muscovites are currently enjoying will subside, Alexander Shuvalov, head of the Meteo forecasting center, told aif.ru.
"The main influx of Arctic air will begin on Monday, November 10. Next Thursday, November 13, light frosts are possible in the Moscow region," the specialist noted.
Shuvalov noted that from November 10 the thermometer will drop to +5…+6 degrees during the day.
Earlier, forecaster Ilyin reported that snow could fall in the Moscow region as early as next week. He said the first precipitation is possible on November 11, with some areas of the Moscow region expected to fall.
Snowfall will then continue for several days, which could lead to a snow cover of 2-3 centimeters.
