8.1 billion lira capital increase from Galatasaray!

Galatasaray announced a capital increase of 8.1 billion lira.

In the notification made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) by Galatasaray Sportif Sinai ve Ticari Yatırımlar AŞ, it was stated that the paid-up capital increase was made with the decision of the board of directors.

According to the notification, it was decided to increase the current capital of 5.4 billion lira within the registered capital ceiling of 27 billion lira by 8.1 billion lira (150 percent) to 13.5 billion lira.

Of the funds to be obtained as a result of the capital increase, 80 percent will be used for the Banks Association of Turkey, 15 percent for football players, technical staff and transfer fees, and 5 percent for tax payments.
