The theft incident occurred in Adapazarı. The car with the license plate 54 FM 022 belonging to RA was allegedly stolen by a suspect named Ö.T. while it was parked. Police teams took action after the owner of the vehicle noticed the situation. It was determined that the vehicle was heading towards Akyazı with the license plate recognition systems and route tracking.

After a short chase, the suspect was stopped on Batakköy Street in Batakköy Neighborhood. Ö.T. was taken out of the vehicle by the teams, neutralized and taken into custody. The stolen vehicle was towed to the yedemin parking lot after the crime scene investigation.

The search of the car found clown costumes, which surprised onlookers. It was reported that the suspect was taken to the police station to give his statement and an investigation was launched regarding the items found in the car.
