The statement, which conveyed that the air temperature is expected to rise to 34 degrees in Istanbul between July 5 and 12, said, "Our citizens, especially those with chronic diseases, the elderly and our children, should be careful and take precautions about not being in open areas between 11:00 and 16:00, the hottest hours of the day."
