The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has announced the recruitment of new personnel to assist in the regulation, supervision, and development of capital markets. The Board will employ 20 Assistant Specialists in the General Administrative Services category and 20 Assistant Specialists in the Legal Services category, to be assigned to its Ankara headquarters and Istanbul representative offices. Recruitment for the 40-person position will be conducted through a two-stage entrance exam: written and oral.

HOW TO APPLY FOR A CMB ASSISTANT EXPERT APPLICATION? Applications can be submitted online through the Capital Markets Board - Kariyer Kapısı Public Recruitment Platform via the e-Government portal between October 13 and 27, 2025. Candidates are required to enter their active phone number and email address into the system during the application process. According to the Board's announcement, candidates must have received a minimum score of 75 on the KPSS exam administered in 2024 or 2025 and have graduated from the specified faculties or departments. Candidates who pass the written exam will be invited to take an oral exam, and upon final evaluation, those who pass will begin working within the CMB. The written exam will be held on December 13–14, 2025, at Gazi University Faculty of Engineering (Ankara). If there are changes to the exam date and location, announcements will be made on the CMB's official website, www.spk.gov.tr, and the Kariyer Kapısı platform. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS Candidates must meet the general conditions stipulated in Article 48 of the Civil Servants Law No. 657. Candidates who will apply to the Assistant Specialist position must; Have received at least 75 points from the KPSSP1, P2, P3, P25, P26, P27, P28, P45 score types in the 2024 or 2025 KPSS, Have graduated from the relevant faculties or departments (Political Sciences, Economics, Business, Law, Engineering, Management Sciences, etc.), Have been among the 400 candidates with the highest score. Candidates who will apply to the Assistant Specialist Legal Position must; Have received at least 75 points from the KPSSP1, P2, P3, P4, P8, P9 or P11 score types in the 2024 or 2025 KPSS, Have graduated from the faculty of law, Have completed the legal internship or have passed the oral exam at least 3 months before the date of the oral exam. It is required to submit the internship completion certificate at least 1 week before. In addition, all candidates must not be over 35 years old as of January 1, 2025.
