Buyers will be able to own 127 residences offered for sale in the provinces of Adana, Aksaray, Amasya, Ankara, Antalya, Ardahan, Aydın, Bayburt, Burdur, Çankırı, Erzincan, Erzurum, Eskişehir, İzmir, Kars, Kastamonu, Kayseri, Kırıkkale, Kırklareli, Kırşehir, Kocaeli, Konya, Kütahya, Mardin, Ordu, Sivas, Şanlıurfa and Yozgat with 25% down payment and 72 months installment.
Business place buyers will be able to own 381 business places to be offered for sale in the provinces of Afyonkarahisar, Ağrı, Amasya, Ankara, Ardahan, Aydın, Balıkesir, Bayburt, Burdur, Çanakkale, Çankırı, Denizli, Düzce, Diyarbakır, Edirne, Erzurum, Gaziantep, Hatay, İstanbul, İzmir, Karaman, Kastamonu, Kırıkkale, Kırklareli, Kocaeli, Konya, Kütahya, Muğla, Nevşehir, Rize, Trabzon, Van, Yalova, Yozgat and Zonguldak with 10% down payment and 96 months installment and 30% down payment and 60 months installment.
Additionally, a commercial property in Isparta will be available for purchase with a 15% down payment and a 120-month installment.
