Ingredients (two servings):
- 1 small zucchini
- 2 small carrots
- 8 cauliflower florets
- 8 broccoli florets
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon unrefined salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- chopped parsley
- Clean, peel and dice the four vegetables.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic.
- Add salt, chopped zucchini, carrot, broccoli and cauliflower and cook until soft.
- After they have cooled a little, blend all the ingredients in a blender with the cooking water.
- Return the cream to the heat to warm, add black pepper, parsley and serve.

La Caceria, the restaurant at the Casa da Montanha hotel in Gramado, is serving its new Boa Lembrança dish: Ostrich Wellington. This way of preparing meat, wrapped in puff pastry and baked in the oven, is one of the rare worldwide successes of English cuisine.
In this case, the healthy ostrich fillet comes on a demi-glace of game meat, accompanied by mille-feuille of candied taro, crispy organic kale sautéed with toasted almonds, salt and lemon zest.
Those who order the delicacy receive the ceramic plate that accompanies it in the photo, included in the price (R$ 199.00). Hard to resist, also open to non-guests.
